The Embassy of the United States in Minsk is pleased to announce that beginning February 1, 2018, we are fully opening for nonimmigrant visa services for citizens and residents of Belarus. Starting February 1, Belarusian citizens and residents of any age may apply for any category of nonimmigrant U.S. visa at the Embassy in Minsk. Appointment scheduling procedures remain unchanged.
