Fifth Annual U.S.-Belarus Human Rights Dialogue in Minsk

On October 12, the United States and the Republic of Belarus will hold the fifth annual bilateral Human Rights Dialogue in Minsk.

Senior Bureau Official for the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor Michael Kozak will lead the U.S. delegation.  Deputy Foreign Minister Oleg Kravchenko will head the Belarusian delegation.

During the U.S.-Belarus Human Rights Dialogue, the two sides will address a broad range of issues related to human rights and democracy in Belarus and the United States, and discuss promoting human rights in international fora, including the UN and OSCE, as well as broadening engagement with civil society.
