Today Chargé d’affaires Robert Riley together with the local government representatives and the head of the Republican scientific technical library opened the eleventh InfoUSA space in Belarus.
The U.S. diplomat welcomed all the guests to the new site and highlighted the important role of the partnership projects the Embassy in the country. With help of the InfoUSAs Belarusians can learn American history and literature, cultural diversity, way of life, and values in the United States. For the new InfoUSA in Mogilev the Embassy has already donated resources totaling over $20,000 – equipment, books, and other materials.
Starting today people of Mogilev region can use the resources of the InfoUSA program, together with already existing spaces in Baranovichi, Borisov, Brest, Gomel, Grodno, Minsk, Molodechno, Pinsk, Polotsk and Vitebsk.
