Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense visit to Minsk

Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Michael Carpenter is visiting Minsk March 28-30, 2016. While in Minsk, Dr. Carpenter will have meetings with the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and President Lukashenka. Dr. Carpenter’s visit follows on consultations held by a Ministry of Defense delegation, which visited Washington, DC in December 2015.
